Michelle didn't need much assistance or intervention during her birth but the water and hand holding from her husband provided the relief and support she needed. I wanted to create an image to represent this gentle support.

Sachi laboured so beautifully with keeping calm and relaxed during each surge. I wanted to capture this calm motion in a creative way. This image was taken during her second last contraction. Her son was born with the next surge.

Sachi's daughter played such a special role in her home birth. Bringing her water, snacks, gentle hand holds and kisses. This was a funny moment of toddlers being toddlers during one of Sachi's surges

The way she looks at her baby brother with love was beautiful. Not a single ounce of jealousy was displayed as she shared her mom's love and milk with her new baby brother.
